Why Wouldn't I Just Hire a Designer In-House?
Because most of the time you don't need a full-time salary, you need senior judgment when it counts. Think of me as a fractional creative director: you get CD-level brand and design work as you need it, without the overhead of a full-time hire or the coin-flip of a random freelancer.
What makes Monument different?
I'm not a big agency, and that's the point. You work directly with me the whole way through — no account managers, no random Fiverr designers doing the real work behind the curtain. I take on a handful of projects at a time so each one gets the attention it's worth.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Absolutely. We offer ongoing maintenance, design tweaks, updates, and new feature support. Think of us as your creative partner, not just a one-time service.
Can I hire you for one-off designs?
Yes — we take on one-off projects like logos, pitch decks, or landing pages. If it’s a good fit, we’re happy to jump in and help.
What platforms do you build websites on?
We primarily work with Framer, Webflow, and Squarespace for websites, Adobe Illustrator, Affinity, and Canva for the rest.
How do payments work?
For fixed-scope projects, we split payments into 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. For monthly retainers, payments are made at the start of each billing cycle. We accept most major payment methods.
Do you work with clients from any country?
Yes! We work with clients around the world — across time zones, industries, and cultures. Remote collaboration is our default, and we’ve got it down to a science.
